Adapt Osteopathy was born from the notion that we as humans adapt to challenges in our lives. Challenges such as injury and pain have the potential to cause disruptions in our everyday life. We know that when looking for a health-care provider it can be hard to know where to go or who to see. At Adapt we are here to support you in these challenges, and endeavour to provide the best in Osteopathic care. This care encompasses putting our patients first to educate, motivate and provide the tools necessary to be the best version of themselves.

The principles underpinning Osteopathy place emphasis on the healing capabilities of the body when it is functioning well. This is why when you see us for your initial appointment we will ask about factors such as sleep, nutrition, stress-levels, exercise and general health and well-being to determine where in your life improvement could occur. This holistic approach allows us to consider our patient’s condition with these often ignored contributing factors.

Adapt provides additional services at no extra charge to get the best results for our patients. These services include Ergonomic assessment for the desk-worker, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Postural assessment and advice, Exercise rehabilitation and much more. For more information on our services please head to our FAQ’s section and contact us if you have any further questions.
