Meet Saza
CRAIGIEBURN OSTEOPATH
Dr. Saza Rwandzy graduated from Victoria University with a Masters of Osteopathy after completing a Bachelor of Science. During her final year, she completed an internship with the Melbourne Victory Football Club Academy, where she is now the lead Osteopath for the under 13/14/15s JNPL teams.
With over 5 years of experience as a fitness trainer and sports coach, Saza combines her expertise in movement, performance and rehabilitation to help people achieve their health and sporting goals. Saza uses a number of hands on treatment approaches to get her patients moving freely and feeling pain free, whilst integrating her exercise based approach for long term outcomes.
Saza has a strong interest in sporting/acute injuries, chronic/recurrent pain and headaches. She strives to work collaboratively with her patients, taking the time to understand their goals, provide a clear diagnosis and develop an achievable management plan to restore and enhance function.
Outside of her professional work, Saza is a taekwondo athlete and plays footy. Her personal commitment to fitness allows her to better understand the challenges of active living and helps her empathise with her patients throughout their journeys towards health and well-being.
